Taunya made the entire home buying process easy. She has some of the best contacts in the industry as far as inspectors, lenders, etc. She was able to keep me as well as the lender on track with meeting contingency dates even in the currently very busy real estate world.

I did not choose one of the lenders than Taunya recommended. This was a big mistake. The lender I chose made every piece of information that was needed a fire drill, usually with less than 24 hours of turn around time. Take the advice that Taunya gives and use one of her recommended lenders. It would have this process even easier. In working with Taunya in the past, and using one of her recommended lenders, the process was easier. The lenders she recommends will help guide you through the process and have all information collected ahead of time so when it comes to closing all you need to do is show up and sign.

Taunya is a constant professional and I would highly recommend her for anyone that is looking to purchase a home. She goes the extra mile with every client she has. I will be asking her to be my real estate agent again when it comes time to purchase my next home.
