Working with Taunya in exploring a potential investment property was a great experience. We are grateful for how quickly she was able to meet with the seller, giving us the first opportunity to see the property before other buyers. She was prepared with comparable properties in the area and we never felt any pressure to act quickly in making an offer. We were able to set the pace that worked for us and felt her assessment was accurate. In the end, we ended up passing on the property, but we are so happy to have found a realtor we can trust, that has our best interest as priority (not their commission or marketing rankings) and that makes the process comfortable. We wish we had found her sooner when selling other properties.
